General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for open seminars and coaching and production services LebensREISE

preliminary remark

​

The following terms and conditions apply to all coaching and production services of LebensREISE as well as open events (webinars, seminars, camps, etc.) of Horst Pütz Kommunikationsberatung (hereinafter: BlickWeise).

​

This also applies if the customer works on the basis of his own general terms and conditions. In the event of agreement, the corresponding terms and conditions of both parties apply, in the event of divergence instead of the deviating regulations, the statutory provisions. In the event that only one party has regulated a subject in its terms and conditions, this becomes part of the contract.

Booking, booking confirmation.

Customers can book by Internet, letter, fax or telephone. You will immediately receive a confirmation of registration by email. Registrations are considered in the order of their receipt; the number of participants is limited for each event.

right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can revoke your contractual declaration in text form within two weeks in accordance with § 355 BGB without giving reasons.

invoice, registration fee

After booking, you will receive an invoice for the corresponding services. The invoice amount is due within 14 days without deductions

changes

We are entitled to make necessary changes or deviations in terms of content, methodology and organization before or during the event, provided these do not significantly change the benefit of the announced event for the participant. 

The documents provided as part of the coaching, production and further training are created to the best of our knowledge and knowledge. Liability and guarantee for the correctness, topicality, completeness and quality of the content are excluded.

Cancellation of events bysichtWeise

If we do not have enough binding bookings for an event without a date guarantee up to 14 days before the start of the event, we can cancel the event. The seminar can be canceled at short notice for other important reasons for which we are not responsible (e.g. sudden illness of the trainer, failure of the heating, force majeure). If the event is canceled by SichWise, we will refund the participation fee you have already paid. There are no further claims.

Cancellation | substitute participant

You can cancel the booked event up to 4 weeks before the start of the event; in this case we charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the participation fee. After that, a substitute participant has to be provided or the full fee has to be paid. If a registered participant does not show up for the seminar or only shows up part of the time, the full fee must also be paid. It is possible to nominate a substitute participant.

 

copyrights

The coaching, seminar and training documents are protected by copyright. The duplication, passing on or other use of the conference documents is only permitted with the express written consent ofsichtWeise. The personal photographs or visual work results created during the seminar can be used by the participants without restriction.

Sound, photo and film recordings

Photos and films will be made during the seminars.  If a photo or film sequence is published, the participant will be informed of the planned publication by email and/or telephone. He then has the opportunity to object to the planned publication. If he does not respond within 14 days of the request to release his image or video for publication, the release is deemed to have been granted. The participant is not entitled to separate remuneration. Any impairments to the course of the seminar, which are kept as low as possible, do not entitle the holder to reimbursement of the seminar costs or other remuneration.

 Privacy

The customer agrees that BlickWeise collects, processes and uses the necessary data on the basis of the legal provisions. In doing so, BlickWeise may pass on the transmitted registration data or parts thereof to third parties involved (e.g. external trainers) for the purpose of providing the service. For the execution of the contract, BlickWeise may collect, process and use the necessary personal data (inventory data). The customer has the right to receive information about the scope and content of the personal data stored by him at any time.

Miscellaneous

BlickWeise is entitled to list the participant's company in its customer list. Changes to agreements, in particular the agreement of additional services, must be in writing. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, or should these General Terms and Conditions contain a loophole, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. German law applies to the contract and its implementation. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the registered office of Horst Pütz, Kommunikationsberatung is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship.
